Welcome to the Inspired forest. We've tried to write these terms the way we write everything else: clearly, and without hiding anything. By using inspiredcommerce.shop or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Inspired Commerce, run by Tanmay Upadhyay, Sector A Tilak Nagar, Mangal Shree Apartments, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452018, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Inspired Commerce, and "you" means anyone who visits the site or buys from us.
2. Our digital creations
We sell digital products, which we call "digital creations" or "creations": ebooks, guides, planners, trackers, templates and bundles. Nothing physical is shipped. Descriptions, page counts, formats and preview images are shown on each creation's page, and we do our best to make them accurate.
3. Your licence to use them
When you buy a creation, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may download it, print it and use it on your own devices.
You may not share, resell, redistribute, upload to file-sharing or AI training services, or pass off our creations, in full or in part, as your own. Each creation is the work of a small team, and buying your own copy is what keeps this forest growing.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we never see or store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Any sale or "compare at" price we show reflects a genuine previous or regular price.
5. Delivery
Your creations are delivered instantly after payment, on the order confirmation page and by email. See our Delivery Policy for details.
6. Refunds
Every purchase is covered by our 7-Day Promise: a 100% refund within 7 days, no questions asked. See Our 7-Day Promise.
7. An honest note about our content
Our creations are made to educate and inspire, drawing on lived experience and research. They are not a substitute for professional advice.
- Content about ADHD, focus, wellbeing or difficult relationships (including narcissistic behaviour) is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and is not a diagnosis or treatment. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.
- Content about money, careers or earning is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Results depend on many factors, and we don't promise any particular income or outcome.
Please make decisions that are right for your own situation, and seek professional guidance where it matters.
8. Intellectual property
All creations, text, designs, images, logos and the Inspired name belong to Inspired Commerce or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
9. Using this website
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to hack, disrupt or scrape it, no fraudulent orders, and no unlawful use. If you leave a review or message, keep it honest and respectful. We may remove content or decline orders that break these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
We work hard to make our creations useful and our site reliable, but we provide them "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that creation. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. We'll always show the latest date at the top.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
