Our 7-Day Promise

Inspired is a forest, and everyone who visits is a tree with the potential to grow. Our digital creations exist to help that growth. If one doesn't bring you value, you shouldn't have to pay for it. That's the whole idea behind this promise.
If any digital creation doesn't work for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund 100% of what you paid. No questions asked. No forms. No proof needed.
How to ask for a refund
- Email itanmayupadhyay@gmail.com (or simply reply to your order confirmation email).
- Include your order number, or the email address you used at checkout.
- That's it. You don't need to explain why, although if you'd like to tell us what didn't work, we'd be grateful. It helps us make better creations.
What happens next
- We'll confirm and start your refund within 2 business days.
- The money goes back to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet).
- Depending on your bank, it usually appears within 5 to 7 business days.
- You'll get an email from us once the refund has been processed.
Bundles
If you bought a bundle of creations, the promise covers the whole bundle. You'll get the full amount you paid for it back.
After a refund
Because our creations are digital, there's nothing to send back. Your download links will be switched off, and we kindly ask that you delete any files you downloaded. We trust you to do this.
If something went wrong on our side
If your files didn't arrive, a file is broken or won't open, or you were charged twice for the same order, that isn't a change of mind. It's our mistake to fix. Write to us whenever you notice it, even after the 7 days, and we'll send a working file or refund you in full.
Keeping it fair
This promise exists to protect you, and we will always honour a refund request made within 7 days. In the rare case that we see a repeated pattern of buying and refunding across many orders, we may politely decline future orders from that account.
Cancellations
Digital creations are delivered the moment your payment goes through, so an order can't be cancelled before delivery. If you change your mind, the 7-Day Promise above applies.
Your rights
This promise is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian laws.
