Buying & downloads
How do I get my digital creations?
Right after payment you'll see a download button on your confirmation page, and we'll email you the links too. Nothing is shipped. Everything is instant.
I didn't get the email. What now?
Give it 15 minutes and check Spam, Promotions and Updates. Still nothing? Email us your order number and we'll send your files directly.
Which payment methods can I use?
The options shown at checkout, such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Payments are handled by secure payment partners, and we never see your full card details.
Do I keep my creations forever?
Yes. Save your files somewhere safe, and if you ever lose them, write to us and we'll send a fresh copy.
Using your digital creations
Can I use them on my phone or iPad?
Yes. PDFs open on any phone, tablet or computer, and work in apps like GoodNotes and Notability. Each creation's page lists its exact format.
Can I print them?
Yes, for your own personal use. Most printables come in A4 and US Letter sizes.
Can I share a creation with a friend?
Please don't share the files. Each creation is made by a small team, and every copy bought keeps this forest growing. If your friend would find it useful, send them the link instead.

What if a creation doesn't help me?
Email us within 7 days of buying and we'll refund 100% of what you paid. No questions asked. Read the details in Our 7-Day Promise.
How long does a refund take?
We start it within 2 business days. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 7 business days.
A file is broken or I was charged twice.
That's our mistake, not a change of mind, so it isn't limited to 7 days. Tell us anytime and we'll fix it or refund you in full.
