Who is responsible for your data

Inspired Commerce, run by Tanmay Upadhyay, Sector A Tilak Nagar, Mangal Shree Apartments, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452018, India, operates inspiredcommerce.shop and is responsible for your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

  • Order details: which digital creations you bought, when, and how much you paid. Billing details are collected at checkout as required for payment and tax.
  • Payment confirmation: our payment partners tell us whether a payment succeeded. We don't receive your full card or bank details.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email or through our contact form.
  • Device and usage data: such as your browser, device type, IP address and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

  • To process your order and deliver your digital creations.
  • To process refunds under our 7-Day Promise and answer your questions.
  • To send order and download emails (these are necessary and not marketing).
